Simeon  is home for the weekend.  I hope he rests a lot for he has pneumonia.  I'm glad it's Friday.  I've had a busy week.  Nate has had this cough also and it makes it hard to sleep. ..for him and me.  Shiloh and Shalisha have been feeding the horses the last two days, so I haven't spend time with them and miss them.  We did go on a trail ride Tuesday with some volunteer workers that are helping with outdoor education hre at camp. Here's a picture of Ruthy in harness.  She is learning little by little.  For a small animal she sure is strong.

This is one of my  favorite pictures.  It shows the daily morning mountain mist. It shows the start of the camp program before the buildings and fences came.  It shows one of my dear daughters (Shiloh) and some of the ponies we had when we started the horse program.  Sandy and Nebula were with us then, but not now.  Sandy sure had an attitude.  She went to a nieghbor and is doing fine.  I sold little Neb, now I wish I wouldn't have.  I regret it.  Sunday is still with us and does a good job.  She is 16 now and is starting to look older.  Specka is a true grey.  I will have to put on a picture of her 5 years later.  She is turning White.  And Snickers.  He's part Hefflinger.  He is so cool. So many campers who are a little heavier and a afraid of the taller horses choose the short hefty calm guy.  I remember being a teen and asking God to let me use horses one day.  Wow! Look what has happened! GOD IS SO GOOD!
